MPM125 生产过程中总是报 A motion error has occured on axis Vision Gantry Y.导致必须要重新初始化才能继续生产。哪位高手帮忙指导哈

建议你更换vy 马达驱动卡（node card）,用手推动vy 是否有机械阻力

错误名称：
A motion error has occured on axis Vision Gantry Y.(While intentionally moving onto a limit switch a positional error was detected,The axis may have lost steps.
同时显示：
Failed to move Vision Gantry Y :Cause Motor Power was removed.
马达驱动卡没问题。手推V Y感觉很正常。Sensor 正常。位置也调整了。不是这个的问题。新机器。不可能是磨损。 很棘手哦。

确认vy position sensor 信号线，在确认信号线和rcm连接接口，强烈建议更换carriage 这段线
