分享资料---供应商审核标准---改版

各位好啊,本人正在目前做供应商审核标准之类的资料,要求是主要强调质量保证能力方面,根据公司现有的供应商情况,我初稿已经完成,也是在网上下载的资料,然后追加了一些自己认为需要追加的内容,现与大家一起分享。有什么问题,大家可以多多提出。。。

大家可以对比下,有些需要对供应商要求较严,那么可使用原先版本;
如果只是粗略的审核下供应商情况,那么可以参考修改版本!

1、一般主要有哪个个大的方面?
----------一般是类似于第三方体系审核。有的公司还会针对不同的零件有不同的过程审核表
2、上面的三个方面是否还需要追加什么呢?
举例来讲,大方向可以分为
management;quality;production;material;engineering,以quality为例
可能包括品质数据收集;维修管理;防错;供应商品质管理;客户满意度管理;预防与维护管理。。。
你可以先制定个框架,再补充内容
3、需要与质量体系审核那么严格
很多大公司的审核甚至比外审更严格。你可以根据自己公司的实际情况出发,制定适合自己的审核表。如果体系审核能力不够的话,建议针对不同零件制定过程审核的check list,作为供应商评估的依据,体系审核就让第三方公司去做好了

目前主要的大类有以下几个方面:(与以前转载的资料一样,框架如下所示)
品质系统
设计管制
原材料及供应商管理
制程控制
检验及测试
文件管制
仪器校验
环境
不合格品的控制
持续该进
存储及交付
培训
客户服务
我想知道这些大项,然后在细节方面完善好,是否能够对供应商进行比较充分的评估和考核?

Assume that during the supplier selection process, a purchaser (level 0) evaluates the sourcing strategies, approaches, and techniques of its 1st tier supplier (level 1), the purchaser can gain insight about its 2nd tier supplier (level 2). If the at level 1 also evaluates the sourcing strategies, approaches, and techniques of its 1st tier suppliers, then the orginal purchaser has an opportunity to gain information with support from 1st tier supplier about 3 tier supplier

The following are suggested to add in the supplier surveillance:
- Document Control e.g. Is the supplier using the controlled and latest revision of engineering specification.

- Training/recurrent training e.g. Does the supplier's staffs have enough knowledge / skill or on-job-training?

- MAS, e.g. Is the Measurement, Analysis System include to measure/analysis the root cause during supplier's CAR/PAR.

- Reliability, e.g. Summary of the no. of rejection, Delivery Time etc.

- Any Re-call program? e.g. Emergy response time/period to customer for any major defects.

- Risk management e.g. Any backup/other sourcing if the 2nd tier's supplier running out of raw material/part?

- Non-quality cost assessment e.g. Taguchi’s quality loss function is here proposed as a tool to evaluate costs connected to non conformity in manufacturing industries.
(*Taguchi’s quadratic cost function is compared with the traditionally adopted zero defects cost function, and the differential effects of either function are analysed. Conceptual issues as well as practical ones are considered in this analysis. Results provided match in suggesting that the quadratic cost function, as compared with zero defects, is conceptually more consistent with the most advanced definitions of industrial quality and practically more suitable to support continuous improvement processes with a long-term, customer-oriented and profit-oriented perspective. Yet, in order to provide for a full utilisation of this tool inside quality costs reporting systems, a number of problems have still to be resolved.)
